Artist package
The application deadline for artist packages is April 10, 2025.At POLARIS, an exhibition area will be designed specifically for artists in our Artist Alley. After the packages have been registered online, experienced consultants will decide on the selection and allocation of available space. Each person can only apply for one artist package (4m² or 8m² each).
Important change:The registration deadline has been brought forward from April 30th to April 10th to ensure greater planning security. Furthermore, we are expanding the Artist Alley for this year's POLARIS and are introducing a new feature!In addition to the existing 100 (single-table) artist packages, we can now offer 50 additional double-table artist packages within the Artist Alley.Previously registered artists who are interested in a double-table artist package should contact us using the contact form and request an adjustment. All further new applications should book the (single-table) artist package twice!
(Single-table) artist packages at a price of €180, plus VAT, include:-1 table (HxWxD: 74x160x80cm)-2 chairs-Floor area 2m x 2m, including Auma fee (€0.60 per m²)-2 exhibitor badges
(Double-table) artist packages at a price of €360, plus VAT, include:-2 tables (HxWxD: 74x160x80cm per table)-3 chairs-Floor area 4m x 2m, including Auma fee (€0.60 per m²)-3 exhibitor badges
Tablecloths, decorative elements, and other items are not provided and must be brought by exhibitors themselves. Exhibitor catering or exhibitor party tickets can be ordered online for a fee.
Participants must be at least 18 years old.Artists must primarily offer self-designed products, with fanart not predominant.AI-generated works may not be sold, and all products in the range, without exception, must be suitable for young people. The exhibition does not permit censorship of the products.
Confirmation of participation or cancellation will be sent in mid-April 2025. Cancellation is possible after receiving the confirmation. The following terms apply:-Until June 23, 2025: free of charge-Until September 1, 2025: 50 % of the package price-Afterwards: 100 % of the package price
