Cosplay package
The application deadline for the cosplay package is April 30, 2025.At POLARIS, an exhibition space will be specially designed for cosplayers in our Cosplay Area. After the cosplay packages have been registered online, experienced consultants will decide on the selection and allocation of the available space.Each person can only apply for one cosplay package (4m² each).
Cosplay packages at a price of €180, plus VAT, include:-1 table (HxWxD: 74x160x80cm)-2 chairs-Floor area 2m x 2m, including Auma fee (€0.60 per m²)-2 exhibitor badges
Tablecloths, decorative elements, and other items are not provided and must be brought by exhibitors themselves. Exhibitor catering or exhibitor party tickets can be ordered online for a fee.
Participants must be at least 18 years old.Artists must primarily offer self-designed products, with fanart not predominant.AI-generated works may not be sold, and all products in the range, without exception, must be suitable for young people. The exhibition does not permit censorship of the products.
Confirmations and rejections will be sent out in the beginning of May 2025. Cancellation is possible after receiving the confirmation. The following terms apply:-Until June 23, 2025: free of charge-Until September 1, 2025: 50 % of the package price-Afterwards: 100 % of the package price
