Indie package
No in-person participation is required, as the indie section is managed by our team. However, we encourage you to represent your game and engage with the players.
Important:Registration begins via our form, where we request various information about your game. The spots in the Indie Area will be distributed starting August 16, 2025, and selected participants will then be invited to officially book the Indie Package in the Hamburg Messe shop to participate.
Indie packages at a price of €600, plus VAT, include:
-1 PC with 1 monitor and peripherals (mouse, keyboard, headphones)-1 exhibitor ticket-Power and basic cleaning-Graphics
Tablecloths, decorative elements, and other items are not provided and must be brought by exhibitors themselves. Exhibitor catering or exhibitor party tickets can be ordered online for a fee.
Participants must be at least 18 years old. All exhibited games will be reviewed for age rating. Games rated USK16+ or higher will unfortunately not be considered.
Confirmation of participation or cancellation will be sent from August 16, 2025.Cancellation is possible after receiving the confirmation. The following terms apply:-Until August 31, 2025: free of charge-Until September 16, 2025: 50 % of the package price-Afterwards: 100 % of the package price
