Volunteers and their work are one of the cornerstones of every event; without their hard work, many aspects of a convention wouldn't work! As a POLARIS volunteer, you'll assist with many different tasks, from helping with setup and teardown to stage management.
Here are some examples:
First and foremost, as a volunteer, you'll receive a 3-day-ticket so you can enjoy the POLARIS to the fullest outside of your shifts! To be recognizable to all visitors during your shift, you'll also receive the official volunteer shirt.
Your physical well-being will also be taken care of with a meal, drinks (and plenty of snacks!) during your shifts.But the most exciting part for most is the access and insight behind the scenes! The opportunity to work in a fantastic team full of diverse and wonderful people and to make new friends is the icing on the cake.
Upon successful completion, all volunteers will also receive an official certificate for their participation!
